Understanding Platform Fees

Credit Card Processing (2.9% + 30¢): Stripe's card processing fee. Studios choose whether to absorb it or pass it through to clients (plus optional studio service fees) under Settings → Integrations. Default is studio absorbs.

Platform Fee (0% - 5%): A Connect commission on student payments that supports the platform — Launch 5%, Growth 2%, Scale 0%. Separate from card processing and from your studio's SaaS subscription. As you grow, upgrade to reduce or eliminate this cut.
