Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 2026

Hi! We want to be upfront with you about how Studio Platform works. These terms explain what to expect, how we work together, and how we keep things fair for everyone. If you have questions, reach out to us—we're happy to talk.

When you use Studio Platform, you're agreeing to these terms. They apply whether you're a studio owner, instructor, student, or just visiting our site.

We also want to be clear on privacy: Studio Platform does not use behavioral tracking or Google Analytics by default.

1How Billing Works

We offer Studio Platform on a subscription basis. Depending on your plan, you'll be billed monthly or annually. We charge before each billing cycle starts, so you always know what's coming.

We'll need your accurate billing info—name, address, payment method—so we can process your subscription properly. If your payment method stops working (expired card, closed account), we may pause your access until we can sort it out together.

2Your Content and Data

Everything you upload—videos, schedules, student info, course materials—stays yours. You own it completely. We just store and display it so your business can run smoothly.

We need permission to store and display your content to make the Service work, but that's it. You're responsible for making sure everything you post is legal and appropriate—we'll support you in keeping your space professional and safe.

3Your Account

Keep your account information accurate and updated. If you give us false info and it causes problems, we may need to suspend your account until we can verify things. We're not trying to be difficult—we're protecting everyone.

Your password is your responsibility. If someone else gets access to your account, let us know immediately so we can help secure it. We use industry-standard security (through Clerk) to protect your data, but part of staying safe is keeping your password private.

4If Things Don't Work Out

If you violate these terms—like using Studio Platform for illegal activity or breaking someone else's rights—we may need to suspend or close your account. We'll try to reach out first, but if something is serious, we may act immediately to protect other users. You can cancel your subscription anytime in your billing settings, and your access will end at the end of your billing cycle.

5Our Limitations

We work hard to keep everything running, but like any software, things can go wrong. If our Service goes down and you lose money or data, we're limited in how we can compensate (we'll handle direct costs, but not lost profits or indirect damages). This is standard for software services and helps us keep costs reasonable for everyone. We always stand behind our work when something is our fault—we just need to be clear about realistic limits.

6Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms as our product grows. If we make a big change, we'll give you at least 30 days notice so you have time to review and ask questions. Small clarifications might happen without notice, but we'll always try to communicate important changes clearly.
